TASTING NOTES: Gin Barrel Wit is our classic Belgian style witbier aged in freshly emptied gin barrels. These barrels were ex-bourbon, meaning they first were used to aged bourbon. The aroma is floral with juniper notes. Gin, juniper and some occasional hints of bourbon meld well with the light body of wit, creating a very flavorful, light and smooth concoction
