TASTING NOTES: (512) Citra Summer is an American pale ale made with 2-row barley, a touch of wheat, and only Citra hops. With aromas of tangerine and lime, and a citrus peel-like bitterness that refreshingly cuts through the malts, it’s a pale ale for all 9 months of summer!

New Brewski!! What’s better than a new beer for a new season? Warm spring Austin with cool nights is the best weather of the year, and this beer is even better!

From our SMaSH series (Single Malt and Single Hop), we picked a delicate fruity hop featured in our Fifteenth Anniversary beer, Mackinac, as the hop to showcase. Hazy for max hop expression, this hop kicks tropical, citrus and melon notes across a 2row single malt backdrop. Some cans but mostly in draft, don’t miss this one off beauty. 5.5%abv. Enjoy!!

(512) Black IPA, one of our most popular seasonals all year, is carefully constructed using Blackprinz malt, a huskless dark malt that imparts wonderful color and flavor with super smooth bitterness. Hitting the stores this week and bars this weekend! Enjoy! 7.5%ABV

We are so pleased to release another vintage of this very special barrel aged beer. It takes so much effort and love to get this to you. With a blend of 40% @treatyoak and 60% Willett bourbon barrels, this 2023 blend is amazingly smooth and satisfying.

Nose is boozy with strong dark chocolate and vanilla. Mouthfeel is slightly viscous and full with medium carb. Flavor is malted chocolate with oak and caramel plus a nutty richness. 9.5%abv. Enjoy!

Happy New Year from @512brewing ! Can't say enough about how proud we are of our amazing team, a quarter of which have been with us for over 10 years!!

Every year we have a party soon after the work of the holidays to celebrate each other and start the new year strong.

This year we descended on @scholzgarten and the @austinsaengerrunde (a super sweet secret 6 lane private bowling alley) in Austin and had a blast together!
