Sustainability in craft brewing was a major driving force in the founding of (512) Brewing. It started with the use of organic base malts. The next step was continuing that philosophy in every area of production, including recapturing CO2 with the Early Labs technology, yielding a cleaner and more pure method of carbonating our beer.
